2020 Annual Member’s meeting

The annual member’s meeting of the Carroll Cave Conservancy will be held on Saturday July 25, 2020 starting at 10:00am CDT. Due to coronavirus concerns, the meeting will be held via Zoom video conference.

This meeting will include election of officers for the next two years. The election will be conducted through a Web site. All current members of Carroll Cave Conservancy will receive a ballot by email about 2 weeks before the meeting. read more

The 2019 annual members meeting of the Carroll Cave Conservancy took place on 27 July 2019 at the Mid-County Fire Protection District station in Camdenton, Missouri. The meeting was called to order at 13:05 by President Rick Hines.

2019 Annual members meeting July 27

The annual members meeting of Carroll Cave Conservancy will be 1:00 pm Saturday 27 July 2019. The location is the training room at Mid-County Fire Protection District station in Camdenton, Missouri. Their address is 184 North Business Route 5, Camdenton, MO 65020.

The meeting is open to the public. Only members of Carroll Cave Conservancy can vote . Based on past experience the meeting will run about 3 hours. read more
